RETURN
We at IM BEAUTY CO. have developed each product to deliver best possible results with utmost priority. Our packaging is sturdy for protection of the products. We hope you will love our products as much as we do. But in case you wish to return the product, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.
We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:
- You received a wrong shipment
- You received a damaged product
In any of the above case, please raise a return/ replacement request within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery and we will be happy to provide you replacement or in some cases refund. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at customercare@imbeautyco.com
No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 3 days from the time of delivery of the product.
Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps.
Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours. If the product is found to be used or detects any product residue on it after receiving back, unfortunately we will not be able to initial refund.

Bank processing may take longer depending on your bank.
In case, of COD orders you will be provided refund via store credits via a gift card number which can be applied on checkout for your purchase on the IM BEAUTY CO. Website.
Note: If the product is found to be used or detects any product residue on it after receiving back, unfortunately we will not be able to initial refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
