No, we love our flurry friends. We do not endorse, condone, or support animal testing. Our products are neither tested on animals or use any animal-derived component. We are 100% cruelty free.
To take advantage of a special promotion, you must be signed in and enter the promo code on the shopping bag page before checkout. The offer will be automatically applied when you enter the appropriate information. Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order and they don’t apply to items that are already discounted. Please read the details associated with each promo code carefully for the valid offer period and restrictions.

ORDERS

An order confirmation will appear as the final step in your order process. In addition, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the order number of your purchase! Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email to confirm shipment and tracking information.
Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. This is simply because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, and we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed or dispatched. Once you receive an order confirmation by email, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled.
While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but are not limited to):

• Non-serviceable locations
• Product unavailability or temporarily out of stock
• Limitations on quantities available for purchase
• Inaccurate or insufficient address
• Inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing or promotion information

At times we may also require additional verification or more information before being able to process an order. We will contact you if there is an issue in processing your order, cancellations from our side or further information required. If your order is cancelled post-payment, the charged amount will be refunded at earliest in full and it may take up to a week to reflect in your bank account depending on your bank.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text with the tracking number based on the option selected at checkout. You can track the order through the link provided, the website footer or through my account page.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major payment methods like Credit, Debit, E-Wallets which is redirected from the secure platform of CCAvenue.
www.imbeautyco.com only accepts payment via CCAvenue. To ensure complete security of our customers, we never as for credit card information, so please do NOT send us any credit card information via email or otherwise. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure this information.
Yes, you can. Sign into your existing account or create a new account. After you have chosen your products and go to checkout, enter in your gift card number to pay for part of or your entire purchase at checkout.
Yes, we do. For our customers ease, we provide prepaid as well as Cash on Delivery services. However, COD orders incur extra charges displayed at the checkout. Also, COD service may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, our customer service team will be in touch with you while processing your order. We highly recommend prepaid orders for an easy shopping experience.
This can be due to internet connectivity or tech issue. Please contact us on customercare@imbeautyco.com and we would surely assist you with your payment status. If any problems, rest assured you will receive the reverse amount in your source payment mode.

SHIPPING

We deliver across India and ship to over 16,000 pin codes within India. All orders take processing time up to 2-4 working days. And delivery can take up to 3-8 working days depending on what state or territory you live in. Kindly note: standard shipping timelines would not apply during sales or promotions.
We offer free shipping on all orders of ₹1000 and above. Orders below 1000 will be charged a minimal amount displayed at the checkout.
We offer Prepaid or Cash on Delivery services, both for courier options. However, COD orders incur extra charges displayed at the checkout.
We do not currently ship internationally. However, you may have your purchase delivered to any address within India.
No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 3 days from the time of delivery of the product. View return policy for information. If return meets the criteria, please allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps.

REFUND

We at IM BEAUTY CO. have developed each product to deliver best possible results with utmost priority. But in case you need to return, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you. We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:

• You received a wrong shipment
• You received a damaged product

If the product is found to be used or detects any product residue on it after receiving back, unfortunately we will not be able to initial refund.
Please raise a return/ replacement request within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery and we will be happy to provide you replacement or in some cases refund. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at customercare@imbeautyco.com Please allow us 48 hours to review your request.
If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate the refund process and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days. Bank processing may take longer depending on your bank.
In case, of COD orders you will be provided refund via store credits via a gift card number which can be applied on checkout for your purchase on the IM BEAUTY CO. Website.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customercare@imbeautyco.com

GIFT CARD

You can purchase the any gift card of preferred amount on our gift card page of the website. Just add to the card and check out as usual.
You will receive an order confirmation after successful checkout and payment. You will also receive an E-Gift card emailed to on registered email ID with a unique gift card code.
• The E-Gift card is redeemable only on www.imbeautyco.com website.
• The gift card cannot be used to purchase another E-Gift card.
• Cash on Delivery is available when redeeming an E-Gift card.
• If the value of the order exceeds the amount available in your gift card, then the remaining balance must be paid in full.
• If the value of the order is less than the amount available in your E-Gift card, then the remaining balance will be redeemable for second time.
The E-Gift Card is valid throughout without any expiration. Feel free to make a purchase with us anytime you feel comfortable.

IM BEAUTY CO. rewards is a loyalty program that treats our most special members with enormous rewards! You earn points the minute you start signing up and enjoy added perks. Membership is free and automatic; as soon as you create an account with us online you are enrolled in our IM BEAUTY CO. Rewards program!
You earn points every time you shop on www. imbeautyco.com. You earn bonus points for completing activities mentioned in your account page. You must be signed into your account to earn points, if you check out as a guest no points will be earned. All our members will be earning the IM rewards on the Selling price. It’s simple for example: If you made a purchase of ₹1000, you will earn 1000 points. In case, you apply discount of 10% and you pay ₹900, then you will earn 900 points. You can use these points later to pay for your purchases for example (1000 points = ₹50). This option will be available at checkout.
Yes, points expire. If you have been inactive/not purchased for the past 12 months i.e.no earning or spending of points), then your points balance will be set back to zero. Make sure you spend and earn points within 12 months to retain your balance.
