PAYMENT only accepts payment via CCAvenue. To ensure complete security of our customers, we never as for credit card information, so please do NOT send us any credit card information via email or otherwise.

Yes, we do. For our customers ease, we provide prepaid as well as Cash on Delivery services. However, COD orders incur extra charges displayed at the checkout. Also, COD service may not be available for certain pin codes. In such cases, our customer service team will be in touch with you while processing your order. We highly recommend prepaid orders for an easy shopping experience.

In case of payment via gift card, sign into your existing account or create a new account. After you have chosen your products and go to checkout, enter in your gift card number to pay for part of or your entire purchase at checkout.

We at IM BEAUTY CO. have developed each product to deliver best possible results with utmost priority. But in case you need to return, please reach out to us and we will take care of everything for you.

We offer refunds / replacements only in following cases:

• You received a wrong shipment
• You received a damaged product

In any of the above case, please raise a return/ replacement request within 3 (three) days from the date of delivery and we will be happy to provide you replacement or in some cases refund. To raise a return / refund request in such cases, please drop us an email at Please allow us 48 hours to review your request. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate the refund process and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days. Bank processing may take longer depending on your bank.

In case, of COD orders you will be provided refund via store credits via a gift card number which can be applied on checkout for your purchase on the IM BEAUTY CO. Website.

Note: If the product is found to be used or detects any product residue on it after receiving back, unfortunately we will not be able to initial refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again then credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
